Response times

We are a volunteer-led organization. Response times vary based on volunteer availability and case priority. As a general guideline:

• General inquiries: 5-10 business days
• Public reports: Reviewed within 2-7 days, with action taken if appropriate
• Media requests: Acknowledged within 3 business days
• Urgent matters involving immediate harm: Please contact appropriate emergency services first

Cooperation with other organizations

We welcome cooperation with established digital safety organizations, hotlines, and content integrity initiatives. If you represent such an organization and wish to coordinate on shared cases or methodology, please reach out via our general inquiries email with details of your organization and the proposed cooperation.

Law enforcement

For inquiries from law enforcement agencies regarding our reports or methodology, please contact legal@platformwatch.org with appropriate identification and the nature of your inquiry. We respond to legitimate law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy.
